To be able to request a meeting from parents, only teachers can do this from Teacher SmartClass accounts and not on any other user types.
For requesting PTM from parents;
- Open modules menu
- Go to School Operations
- Click on PTM Hours
- Type student name on the Search Student bar on the left side of the panel
- Click on Parent's name
- Select date from the calendar
- Complete the meeting details
- Click Save
SmartClass will automatically inform the selected user with the meeting.
*If they opted in for email or SMS notification, SmartClass will send them notifications including mobile application notifications.
*If you would like to book for more than selected hours, click, hold and drag the mouse for all the requested hours.
